Delicious Home-Cooked Cuisine

The centralised kitchen forms a hub, with the dining room opening out onto a deck. A wide choice of breakfast options is available each morning and you can discuss the day's activities with Kathy as she cooks. Quality espresso coffee is a treat, while home baked bread, home made jams and a fresh fruit dish will delight.

Dining at Paramata Lodge is recommended by our guests. Kathy selects daily from the garden to create fresh tasty cuisine that is complemented by preserved wild and home-grown fruits and condiments. There is a multitude of fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit and eggs. Milk and cream are collected daily from a nearby farm and forest honey, watercress, meats and fresh fish are also locally sourced.

Traditional Central European cooking techniques with both traditional and modern equipment are used, bringing old family recipes to new life.
